    Lacewings are insects and these are their eggs. Each egg is hung on a slender stalk about 1 cm long, usually on the underside of a leaf. I had never seen this before and had to show the images to my photography forum before I found out what they were. Fascinating stuff.... to me. I should have been a Entomologist.
