Yes, We who do this a lot in photography... kind of throw these words out there like we expect you to know what they are. Bokeh is the artistic blur in the background of a photo. It can be little spots of light or just a background that is purposely not in focus. You can do this with your camera and some lenses are better at it than others. It's a Japanese word with a lot of controversy. Just "google" the word and you will get all kinds of info. on it.
