We think so much alike, we had to have been very close in one of those other lives.

We took the girls camping about two years ago and while there in the woods I had them each seek out a place the could call their own. It had to be a place where they could sit quietly and mediate and feel the presence of God all around them. Then I had each of them take a rock and write something on the bottom of that rock and leave it at 'their place'.
With all that has been going on in their lives of late, I think we need to gather the three of them together and take them back there for a visit.

Hugs coming your way Elly Mae.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12204654300524316224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1170972260275595837.post-44784832202395331502008-09-03T12:16:00.000-07:002008-09-03T12:16:00.000-07:00Nature declares the glory of God. It's very hard to have CHF, diabetes and be 90, one just gets worn out.
You may want to consider hospice in home support for help. The nurses come out and check on her and help you both with all aspects, physical, emotional, and spiritual. If a person gets well they can always be discharged. People don't realize how much help hospice care offers, and often ask for them too late. It's just a thought, it sounds like you are thinking your mom isn't going to be here too much longer. Let me know if I can help.Karen Deborahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05892103639142471595noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1170972260275595837.post-74957131278592676252008-09-03T04:51:00.000-07:002008-09-03T04:51:00.000-07:00I so admire people you can write like you do. Whe...I so admire people you can write like you do. When I was younger I did not really take mind of nature and Gods many gifts to us, but now that I am older (in my 70's) I marvel at his many creations. Like you I feel closer to God when I am out side working in my flower garden or yard. Thank you for your comment on my pillowcases, my mother taught me how to embroider when I was just 7 years old. Have a good day and God bless you and your mother.
