What feeds your soul?

If the sight of the blue skies fills you with joy,

If a blade of grass springing up in the fields has power to move you,

If the simple things of nature have a message that you understand, rejoice, for your soul is alive. ~Eleonora Duse

(Eleonora Duse was an Italian Actress who was born in 1858, in Vigevano, Italy. She died of pneumonia in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania in 1924.)

You would die if you knew what was in my oven curing right now- maple brown sugar black forrest bacon and its going to be dipped in chocolate and then put in ice cream for a party tomorrow!
